Initially I was going to get a Kona, but i fell in love with the Venue ! Stan took me on test drives, was very energetic and informative to explain all the amazing features. I got a fantastic deal on my trade in, more then I expected and Stan looked out for me, being a nurse, to get an extra incentive ! What made my day : Stan set up my phone, programmed radio station and set up the emergency system! I love my car ! More

Excellent experience at Heritage Hyundai I was greeted warmly and introduced to Perry Saterfield. Perry asked if I wanted to go for a test drive and stated that he had a Palisade outside. Aft I was greeted warmly and introduced to Perry Saterfield. Perry asked if I wanted to go for a test drive and stated that he had a Palisade outside. After the test drive, he asked what color and what options did I want? Luckily they had the exact model and options I wanted in stock. One of the first things Perry told me while on the test drive, he enjoyed working for Heritage because they do not play games and give you a price with discounts that don't apply to you. He was true to his word! He gave me an upfront price, and we started the paperwork. Demetria Jackson (Finance) was delightful and professional, she had all the necessary documents displayed on her desktop, and I began signing the paperwork electronically with a stylist. The only negative issue we had (No fault of Heritage Hyundai) was another sister dealership needed to cancel an extended warranty and forward the paperwork to Ms. Jackson (That took over two hours). Overall, an excellent experience. More
