Had a terrible car buying experience in the past but this place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over email because of COVID and I walked into the dealership with an offer that did not change one penny. They were true to their word and everything was easy. We had to bring our fourteen month old monster with us and everyone in the dealership not only dealt with a kid walking around everywhere but went out of their way to be nice to us and him. Could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Heritage Hyundai and Tom Hamme to everyone. More

I had a horrible new car buying experience at heritage Hyundai in Towson, MD. The general manager notified me of some changes to my contract to correct some of the issues, but after I got home and reviewe Hyundai in Towson, MD. The general manager notified me of some changes to my contract to correct some of the issues, but after I got home and reviewed my contract cost and fees that weren’t scheduled to be changed was increased. Specifically a cost for $599 in the old contract was increased to over $1000 and I wasn’t even notified of this. They are price gouging customers and it is simply wrong! More
