This is my 3rd Hyundai and the people at St Augustine are great. While I purchased this time the service department is also efficient and easy to work with. taken advantage of I experienced very smooth manipulation, distraction with different figures on different cars, back and forth, but o one nwould not give me the negotia I experienced very smooth manipulation, distraction with different figures on different cars, back and forth, but o one nwould not give me the negotiation papers or copies which I kept asking for. I did not realize I was manipulated until I returned to the hotel. Eddie Brooks kept distracting me with off-topic small talk. When I said I was trying to figure out what I was missing, he started in again on the distracting small talk. He did not want me to figure out that the original price which he wrote up the papers for and had me sign ( for $21,500) was the correct price but the second set of papers which he had me sign, also, was for $25,100, but did not include the trade in value. It was not until I returned to the hotel, looked at all of the papers I had and looked online, that I realize I had been cheated and the correct price $21,500 was including the allowance for my trade in ( 2004 Hyundai Sonata). I repeatedly asked for copies of the papers Eddie Brooks had me sign, but did not receive them, nor have I received them in the mail, as promised. I did not receive the car sticker with options and price until I was about to drive away,, in the parking lot. Just before driving away, I again asked for all the above-mentioned papers and Demetrius said I did not need those papers. He said, "This is all you need. There would have been more papers if you had financed the car". When I returned to the hotel, I figured out how smoothly I had been manipulated and did not realize it until later. I could have used some help remembering to remove the SunPass transponder and security code sticker, which I forgot. You all do this on a daily basis. You should have helped me with those items. Still waiting to receive those, as well. Now that I am home, I remembered my last car shopping experience in 2009, with a gentleman neighbor. Having a man with me, the sales experience was totally different. No games, small talk, distractions, missing papers, etc. Just straight talk about price and options. I really feel I was taken advantage of, as a woman, alone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beth Moore More

We sat down with Demetrius he was very very nice and Knowledgeble. He took my wife for a test drive in a 2013 Hyundia Elantra GT. When they returned we picked the car we wanted. We discussed price and affordability.We decided everything was cool and purchased the car.Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the results. I would tell anybody interested in a new car to go to Hyundai of Saint Augustine the experience is very cool. I want to thank Andrew Defeo for being so nice as usual. I just want to say thank you and great job to your team. It was my first car buying experience and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I went to Vystar to be preapproved for my car loan so I co It was my first car buying experience and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I went to Vystar to be preapproved for my car loan so I could just walk into any dealership and say "I'll take that one." :o) And thats exactly what I did I went in test drove a brand new 2013 elantra coupe then came back 30 minutes later and said we have a deal. I had been researching the pricing on this particular car I wanted so the prices they had listed were fair. My only issue was on the price sticker in the sales window said that it came with a cargo tray. But when you opened the trunk it only had the fabric mat. Demetrius and Jimmy looked around the lot to find me one to no avail. So I signed my paperwork and drove home in my new car thinking that maybe I was wrong and misread it and the website. But in fact I didn't misread the website originally so when I did the build and price again on the hyundai website and it lists cargo tray as an available option made out of plastic. And its definition is in fact helps protect cargo area and perserve original carpeting, from spills, dirt, and other debris. I decided to email them that next day with my dissatisfaction. The very next day I got a phone call from Jimmy and Demetrius telling me that they'll look into it more and I can go to a certain website and see if I like the after market one. And if I did they would go ahead and order it for me. I was busy that day between my hectic work schedules so I had to have my mom call them for me. She ended up leaving a message and then I promptly heard back from Demetrius again today and told him to go ahead and order it. So to sum it up they seem to be stand up salesmen that stick to their word. I mean I did say in the beginning "Throw in the plastic cargo tray and we have a deal." More
