Great I was able to rent the hybrid that I have been talking to Dan Thompson about for a friend. So appreciated the extra steps the dealer has taken to keen everyone safe.....and best of all y car was washed. More

Ron Timms has been as amazing service advisor. He goes the extra mile and really shows that he cares. Denise has been incredibly helpful with my rental services. Always making sure that I'm getting into a vehicle that can handle my large family. The only disappointments I have had are that staff there often times do not wear a mask properly. Susan has consistently had hers beneath her nose on multiple occasions that I have been there. When walking in most of the service advisors refuse to make eye contact or offer any greeting. It comes across that they will only help their own service clients. Bill Robertson has always been kind and welcoming and has gone out of his way to make sure that I and any others customers have been helped. At the customer service desk, Jennifer, has been curt to borderline rude not only to me but to other customers as well as Bill. Customer service training needs to be brushed up. More
