America was very efficient and hepful. I showed up a couple of hours early but it wasn’t a problem for her at all. My family and I have been buying cars from Manly Honda for years now. I recently bought my first new Honda from them and the service has been great. For both its first service and a recall the service dep for years now. I recently bought my first new Honda from them and the service has been great. Each service adviser who helped me was very friendly and explained all necessary details making sure I knew what was going on the whole time. More

I was so incredibly impressed by the customer service when I first brought my CR-V in for a recall fix. I was treated so well I told all my friends about it immediately. I was in such a good mood while w when I first brought my CR-V in for a recall fix. I was treated so well I told all my friends about it immediately. I was in such a good mood while waiting for my rental car I decided to additionally get new tires and my customer service rep also told me that there was a sale on their realignment service and asked me if I was interested. It seemed to make sense to me to have the alignment done if I was getting new tires even though there was NOTHING wrong with my alignment. I have learned my lesson. The car they gave me to use for the day was new but filthy inside. It was obvious no cleaning had been done after the last people who used it and I was hesitant at first because of Covid concerns but honestly I was being treated so well by the staff I didn't say anything. When I got my car back that night on the drive home I immediately found that it was pulling to the right and hoped I was just being paranoid. Unfortunetly that was not the case and I had to take it BACK and have them work on the alignment again (which they did get me in quickly). I was given a slightly dirty car to use this time. I brought wipes with me this time though because I was expecting it. I am sorry to say that the alignment still doesn't feel right. I feel like I'm constantly having to correct it left and right. My car is certainly not driving the same and I wish I had never had them mess with something that wasn't broken and there is no way I'm going back for a third time. The summary of the story is that the customer service at this location is EXCELLENT and everyone I dealt with made me feel like a queen. But I'm so annoyed that I was offered a service that I didn't even need and that I just don't have it in me to go back for a third time. Maybe if the Covid issue wasn't such a problem right now but getting a dirty car twice is just unacceptable in the current situation we are living in. More

The sales help (& service/parts) were very friendly! They listened to what I wanted and needed. Sales personnel were helpful in finding “my car” when not on the lot!
