Service experience was horrible. Felt pressured into having service the day they wanted. Was given a loaner car that had break failure. Was not told that they were going to undo our car seats. The older man and that helped me we're really courteous, I wish I rememberd their names, the woman qorks the service desk to the left of the customer entrance and the man with the far desk to the right. The I wish I rememberd their names, the woman qorks the service desk to the left of the customer entrance and the man with the far desk to the right. The only thing is, I go in there alot to buy oil, and I've waited for well over half an hour standing there while people just walk by you. There's alot of people working, it gets mildly frustrating. I don't know of I got the faces right, but it's an older white man and woman; to the far right and far left when you enter the service department. I'm not to be critical, but every time I'm there other customers are also annoyed, that people just keep walking by them for a half an hour not acknowledging anything. More

Shawn always strives to give excellent service. He's knows a lot about my Civic and is always willing to go the extra step to make my visit as pleasant as possible.
