"Concern with Sales Approach...Happy With Service" During the sales interview, I was led to believe the vehicle (2011 Buick Lucerne) was GM Certified. It seemed reasonable based on the appearance and m During the sales interview, I was led to believe the vehicle (2011 Buick Lucerne) was GM Certified. It seemed reasonable based on the appearance and mileage of the car. i.e. very nice. After closing the deal, I was notified that they could not certify the car. (not clear why). As it turned out GM and Patrick arranged a one-year insurance policy and two oil changes with tire rotation from the dealership. But...I still owned a non-certified vehicle. (not good!) However...my service experience has been excellent so far. Mr. Steve Gordon (service advisor) has been a pleasure to work with. More
