Bad Brake job. Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads a Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!! More

Awesome Experience Patrick Buick GMC has been our dealership now since 2006..My wife purchased her 2006 Vibe new..My 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is still on the road and loo Patrick Buick GMC has been our dealership now since 2006..My wife purchased her 2006 Vibe new..My 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is still on the road and looks new..Had a very relaxed purchase this week with the new 2020 Sierra SLT and my 2009 Sierra only goes to Patrick's shop for service..We have always relied on Patrick to keep our vehicles in mint shape..Thanks so much..John and Theresa More

Stay away! Bought a brand new 2020 Yukon XL. They do not stand behind their products. Brought to Patrick service department after 20 days. They said it was totally fine. Problem still persisted. Aft not stand behind their products. Brought to Patrick service department after 20 days. They said it was totally fine. Problem still persisted. After 10 days, had another GMC dealer look at it. They found it was misfiring and back right tire was out of alignment. Took 2 tire replacements to fix that. Now waiting to see if replacing fuel injectors will clear up misfiring. Truck has been in service for 17 days. During this whole time......do you think Patrick GMC Sales Rep or Sales Manger would call their customer? Not a single phone call. Is asking for a replacement Yukon XL too much? If you’re dealing with Patrick......beware. More

What a poor choice I made... again. Worked with a terrible salesman who sold me a 2016 Buick Encore in June and have already had it in the shop going on 3 times. 2 of which relate to th Worked with a terrible salesman who sold me a 2016 Buick Encore in June and have already had it in the shop going on 3 times. 2 of which relate to the awd being disabled. The salesman was very rude in the way he handled my concerns and basically lied to me over the phone claiming damage that I noticed on the car back when bought the car wasn’t there prior to me picking it up but he took a picture of me next to it on the drivers side(where the damage was) but sent me a picture of the passenger side of the car without me in the picture. Mario in service was helpful overall.. just picked up the car and hope it’s fixed this time. More

Excellent dealership with quality and professional staff. It was my first experience at Patrick and it was terrific . Mario, your the best. i always bring my car to Mario. why because he's very polite, knowledgeable, very professional, always has a smile when he great Mario, your the best. i always bring my car to Mario. why because he's very polite, knowledgeable, very professional, always has a smile when he greats you, courteous etc. etc. he keeps coming back to you to let you know what's going on with your vehicle and about how much longer it will be before it's done. if he finds something wrong with it, he will let you know and give you an idea on when you should address the problem if you choose not to have it done that day. and approximately how much it will cost. he's not PUSHY. it was pouring out when my cay was done and Mario had it left inside the bay for me to pick it up so i wouldn't get soaked, that's the kind of person he is. i had several questions to ask him and he answered everyone of them. he takes the time to answer all of your questions. i am a VERY satisfied customer with Mario and will continue to take my car to Mario. he's the BEST!! thank you so much Mario. i have sent my friends to Mario. i have been a customer of Mario's since 2005. respectfully yours, Candy Babcock. Making the customer happy is their #1 goal I have purchased two GMC vehicles from Patrick. Our salesman Mark Houser worked hard to locate just the right yukon that we wanted. The service department is probably the most advanced and customer oriented in the area. When their was a problem with the new yukon John Tarplee went out of his way to make things right. Andrew Eaton is also very knowledgeable and treats a customer right. Their are closer GMC dealers, but I still drive the 30 miles to Patrick. More
