That was very disappointing and left a bad taste after what was going to be a smooth pleasant transaction. We bought from this dealership only because the young man had spent time with us, but after that last-minute charge we regretted that we didn’t go back to our previous Hyundai dealer who was always super-honest and super-efficient.
