Purchased a new vehicle. Rear passenger door was rattling. Took it in. Sat for 5 hours for 0 diagnosis and was told a new door panel would be installed. After 5 hours a new d Rear passenger door was rattling. Took it in. Sat for 5 hours for 0 diagnosis and was told a new door panel would be installed. After 5 hours a new door panel was not installed and was told to bring the vehicle back because a panel was on order Dropped the vehicle off. Left it for two days. Problem still undiagnosed; no new door panel installed. Was told I needed to call Chrysler for warranty repair / approval to order a new door panel. Called Chrysler and they said the dealer is responsible for the repair and to take the vehicle back. Total runaround. None of the other doors rattle except for the passenger rear. When purchasing the vehicle I was also told it would be topped off on diesel exhaust fluid. Received it with half a tank. Rolland said they would fill it up during service. It was never filled up. More
