After finding the best option for me and my wife, I worked with Dennis, this guy made the loan process an absolute breeze. He explained things in a simple informative way that made my mind at ease. Lastly there was Jake, making sure we were all set up by answering any questions and double triple checking all the communication between staff was accurate. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I never felt pressured at any point. I also want to give special recognition to Dennis, the finance manager. I contacted my credit union, which had pre-approved me for the loan, and started the wire transfer while I was completing the paperwork. Dennis was great throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, transparent, and took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary extras or that I was being hit with unexpected fees. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach. The entire wire transfer process took about an hour, and I was on the road back to Connecticut by 1:00 PM. Considering I was purchasing a vehicle several hours from home, the process could not have gone much smoother. All in all, this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. Ryan, Dan, and Dennis all played a part in making the experience easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the way I was treated. Josh and Dennis where very good and able to answer all of our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon clos our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon close inspection when getting home I realized that the back passenger area had been painted and it was never disclosed to me and was not on the carfax report. I emailed Josh about it and he told me then. Also after 3 days of driving it a noise appeared and I had to bring it back to the service department. Josh was great with that when I called and got me in that day but I would think a Gold certified used car would be "checked out" better than this one seems to have been. More
