They were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I never felt pressured at any point. I also want to give special recognition to Dennis, the finance manager. I contacted my credit union, which had pre-approved me for the loan, and started the wire transfer while I was completing the paperwork. Dennis was great throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, transparent, and took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary extras or that I was being hit with unexpected fees. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach. The entire wire transfer process took about an hour, and I was on the road back to Connecticut by 1:00 PM. Considering I was purchasing a vehicle several hours from home, the process could not have gone much smoother. All in all, this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. Ryan, Dan, and Dennis all played a part in making the experience easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the way I was treated. I would absolutely return to Handy Toyota in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Josh and Dennis where very good and able to answer all of our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon clos our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon close inspection when getting home I realized that the back passenger area had been painted and it was never disclosed to me and was not on the carfax report. I emailed Josh about it and he told me then. Also after 3 days of driving it a noise appeared and I had to bring it back to the service department. Josh was great with that when I called and got me in that day but I would think a Gold certified used car would be "checked out" better than this one seems to have been. More
