I can say it is the G-O-A-T of BMW dealerships within a 100-mile radius of Richmond, VA. From their customer service (Elizabeth) who connected me straight away to someone who has immediate access to resources to answer my inquiry and followed-up to ensure I was taken cared of. To Dennis who listened attentively to my story and gave me succinct information to help me reach to the next phase of my decision-making. To Danisha who was so understanding and patient with me – answered all my questions, provided me photos when requested, ready to adjust and did adjust to my schedule, and generous to offer me snacks and lunch when she discovered I had not eaten.
