I think that the communication for the sales person to return phone calls and answer text messages could be greater than 1 to 2 days especially for customers who work overseas and trying to establish a re return phone calls and answer text messages could be greater than 1 to 2 days especially for customers who work overseas and trying to establish a repor with the sales person.
