Patience matters when you need to make a deal I contacted Phillips to do competitive pricing with another dealership on a used Prius. My initial contact person was Janene. Upon arrival, since she was working with another customer, she introduced me to Mark Roberts. Mark devoted a considerable amount of time (about 3-4 hours) with me showing me different used vehicles along with their features-very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me the pros and cons of the vehicles that I was interested. During my time with him, I found him to be a honest person. After completing the paperwork, Mark said that he would submit one for the car that I was interested in and for a new car to see what the financial institution says. My experience with some of the other dealerships have not been so positive. If you didn't make a decision on purchasing a vehicle when they wanted you too, they lost patience with you. Then their demeanor began to change. Mark never displayed these characteristics, nor was he a pushy salesperson. I like that he did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. After I purchased a new Prius, Mark spent time going over everything in the car before I left, which meant a great deal. This was my first time buying a car from Phillips and will be a repeat customer . More

Jamie met me outside the door & showed me the various Prius models. We did a test drive while Jamie explained the various features of the car. I was impressed by the improvements in the car since 2015, when I last took a test drive. Jamie was very knowledgeable. Once I'd decided which model to buy, Jamie took it from there. I didn't have to endure the usual dealership dance. The financing guy was also thorough and knowledgeable. It was a completely relaxing, easy process. More

I was going in for maintance but though We would check out used Rav4 's . We took a spin around the yard with James Cobb in a rav4 2012 with leather seats sun roof etc we were not happy with it. James remembered he took in a rav4 the night before it had not been cleaned up but it was in great shape with only 19 000 plus miles on it. my wife and I both drove it and liked it. We traded in the vensa and the rest was able to be put on what we had left on the credit card. We were surprised they took our offer with no counter offer. It was a no pressure sale It was so easy It made me feel I must have offered much more than it was worth. We loved the no pressure sale with james and Dennis made not hard push for us to take the extended warrante. We are happy with our newer car. More

Jonathan Harrica quickly emailed back a very fair deal that beat David Maus' best price, and without all the hassle of David Maus sales tactics. Turned out the 4runner was already sold, but Harrica/Mikey Kuhn went the extra mile and located a match at another dealer in Palm Beach, and worked out a dealer trade to make this customer happy. I cannot say enough good things about the no BS approach to locating and buying from Phillips Toyota. It was a pleasure, well worth the extra drive from Orlando.
