I picked up my car from service and was greeted by Ben who graciously walked me to all the right locations and pulled up my car to help me unload my car seat from the loaner back to our car. He continued to help transfer the things over and even offered to help move the heavy car seat for me. As I checked everything over he made sure that I was satisfied with the car of my car. 5 stars. I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. The sales portion of the dealership is wonderful. The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great. The Service Advisor that I dealt with on this last visit, h The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great.
