I called to make an appointment. Told them that my car doc app wasn’t working, and that there is a squeak on the break that I wanted them to look at. They said no problem and got me Told them that my car doc app wasn’t working, and that there is a squeak on the break that I wanted them to look at. They said no problem and got me scheduled. I asked what time they closed so I could go get something to eat and come back to get the car. They told me 8:00pm. When I arrived at 3:40 they got me right in and I asked the same questions. If they were going to look at the car doc app and if they could fix the break. They said they would check it all out. I asked how long do they think it would take so I could be back around that time. They then told me their service department closes at 5:00, I said, whoever scheduled the appointment told me 8:00 (which I was skeptical because most service places don’t stay open that late) no big deal I just waited in their waiting area. At 5:15 they told me that the car was done. I asked what I needed to do to update my app so it would track the car and do all the things the app is supposed to do…keep in mind I paid an extra $1000 for this app they they highly recommended. They said they were not sure what’s wrong with it, they have never heard of this problem and that I could schedule another appointment when I needed my oil changed again…..in 3 months. They also said that they would need over half the day to diagnose it…why didn’t they say this before when I scheduled the first appointment. I live an hour and a half from the dealership and it’s a whole day affair just to get down there. I drove an hour and a half there for them to change the oil…that took an hour and fourth five min. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. From the moment I looked at buying the car to their service department. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are a headache and none of the departments seem to know what is going on with the next. I will not be returning and I have no problem voiding my “6” free oil changes. More

Brought my Avalon in for a recall. Made an appointment in advance. Pulled into the service bay. I was greeted by a service tech. Directed to the service desk. He promptly assisted me and I was In and out in 5 minutes.. Very satisfied with how I was treated and everything is fixed. More

I had an emergency at the end of the business day coming off a holiday weekend and the staff at Victory came through to take care of me. They found me a loaner vehicle at the last minute, and then got my c off a holiday weekend and the staff at Victory came through to take care of me. They found me a loaner vehicle at the last minute, and then got my car in right away the next day. Thankfully it turned out to be a minor repair. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did. I will absolutely trust them again with my vehicle and check with them first on future purchases. More

I went to Victory for a vehicle inspection. I told them ahead of time that my windshield wiper motors were malfunctioning. After inspecting them, they said it would be 1k to fix them. I decline I told them ahead of time that my windshield wiper motors were malfunctioning. After inspecting them, they said it would be 1k to fix them. I declined this offer, as I felt it was very expensive and overpriced. When I came to pick my car up, they still charged me over 200 dollars for the wiper motor inspection , even though nothing was fixed. I complained about this and they refused to lower the charge. I would not recommend this Toyota Dealership. More
