We came from Indiana to visit this dealership because of the internet prices, so we already knew what we wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cyril Oghomeh, a super-friendly and energetic the internet prices, so we already knew what we wanted to test drive. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cyril Oghomeh, a super-friendly and energetic salesperson who worked with us till the end to get our payment to where we felt comfortable. The financing process was very quick, easy and stress-free. Both Mark and Dennis were very thorough and informative and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything before we left. Chris was great in getting us out the door with all our questions answered about the vehicle and even put gas in it to get us back to Indiana! We also had the experience of working with the service department as they applied a rust protector to the car. The service writer, AJ was very friendly and nice to talk to! Our Nissan Rogue looks and runs fantastic! We love it. I would highly recommend visiting Advantage Chevrolet as they beat all the prices to comparable vehicles in Northwest Indiana! I was immediatly greeted upon walking in. I had made an appointment With Fabian Murillo. I was specifically looking for a chevy Equinox. He proceeded to show me options that were available. We then test dr appointment With Fabian Murillo. I was specifically looking for a chevy Equinox. He proceeded to show me options that were available. We then test drove the car while he showed me all the features I was unfamilar with. We. sat down at his station. He went over the differences between leasing and purchasing. He then allowed for my 2006 Chevy Equinox to be appraised for trade in. I decided to put money from my trade to purchase a new Equinox. He ran my credit and worked on a payment option.I have never purchased a new car and Fabian made my experience enjoyable. When we agreed to the final price and financing, he sent me to sign paperwork with Mr. Reilly. Fabian had my car cleaned and transferrred my licence plates. Then, he went with me to fill up the tank with gas and set up the onstar program. I felt that Fabian was very professional and his communication skills are top notch. More

My experience at this dealership was great. All the employees that we worked with were very friendly, especially Brian Lonie, who made me feel very comfortable and made sure I got the best deal on my c employees that we worked with were very friendly, especially Brian Lonie, who made me feel very comfortable and made sure I got the best deal on my car. Can you imagine a salesman actually calling you the day after you buy something to see how much you liked your new purchase? That is what Brian did! The overall feeling in the dealership is that you are an old friend that they are happy to have come for a visit. What i found very surprising was when Mark Ott actually called me to find out when I was going to bring my car in for the protection package. I know of no other dealerships that would the time to do that. And to think that when I came back in to the dealership they even remembered me by name! I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

So we all know the run of the mill dealer experience. You come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experienc come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins, whatsoever. I was casually and politely greeted by staff near the front desk, and felt welcomed, informed, and heard throughout the entire experience. Fabian and the rest of the team were awesome, and ended up getting me a great deal on a 2013 Cruze so I could stay within my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Fabian and Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins to friends and family. More

You Guys made,Buying my New Avalanche !!! an awesome experience ,yes it took long, yes a lot of paperwork, yes a lot of haggling on price !!! But what do you expect ,when purchasing a new vehicle !!! This is My 3rd Avalanche & if there is one thing that Made this Bad it's I wont be able to buy a new one again, And That's out of your control , Your team work very hard getting me into this awesome truck ,My team did the same in keeping to our budget, the avalanche came with a scratch !!! Mike Armstrong set me up to come back and have it fixed, GREAT right as I was leaving, Mark Ott , ask me how I like my new Avalanche? I told its great ,that I had to come back for a scratch repair !!! He stop the presses had a body man come right there & then 15mins.later out the door ,felt like a king !!! so when I say you took great care of me ,that's what I mean THX ADVATAGE !!! thanks for not taking advantage of me More

I have been interested in a 2013 Malibu Lt for some time now. I would search http://cars.com daily looking for the exact car i wanted at the cheapest price. Advantage had the car i wanted. I went to another dealership before them to get a price on the same car with very similar options. I showed them the price advantage listed on http://cars.com and they were shocked at how low they listed the car for. They were no competition. Being inexperienced with this being my first time financing a car, I went with my dad. We were greeted at the door by Steve. Steve was very professional throughout our time there. I told him what car I was looking at, he pulled it up and we test drove it. Then it was time to talk numbers. On the first offer, they had a $1,800 dealer discount. Then I wanted to change my financing and noticed $800 was taken off. My dad asked Steve what the deal was and Steve went back and brought it back to $1400. But it still wasn't enough. I told him I was going to go home and think about it. Steve asked where I wanted my payments to be at and I told him a number. He went back to his manager and came back with exactly what i wanted. Even though they had dropped played with a numbers a bit on me, I was very impressed. Because when it came down to it, they were not playing around. If you want a straight up and reasonable price with no pressure, this is the place to go. I will definitely be sending business to Advantage. Never felt pressured once and they were the cheapest of any other dealership in the area. More
