When I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by Eid. I had seen an ad online for a Chevy Spark that I was interested in, and immediately Eid retrieved the car so that I could take it for a test by Eid. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and Chevy. He was able to answer all my questions, and show me all the great features of the car. Eid is an excellent salesman without being pushy or over bearing. He was extremely respectful to me, and just overall a great person to work with. Eid assisted me throughout the negotiation process, and even then I never felt uncomfortable, or pressured. Everyone that I worked with during that process was great to work with, just an overall excellent staff. This then extended all the way through the finance department where I met Mark and Dennis. Both of whom where extremely helpful and great to work with. I can honestly say that this is the best car-buying experience I have had. The customer service here was outstanding! I had previously gone to a different dealership to purchase my Chevy Spark, and the salesman I encountered there was less than pleasant, so I took my business elsewhere, and I am so glad that I did! More
