First, he was completely knowledgeable on all vehicles. My husband drove 3 and he questioned Dennis about each. Dennis never hesitated about an answer and he was comfortable on all topics. In addition, he was always professional and extremely polite. He offered water and assisted me getting from the rear seats of the vehicles. He thanked me for my patience as the purchasing process progressed. Dennis had/has an upbeat personality and assured us that we could get what we wanted.
