He was extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. Dennis and Joe went out of their way to make us happy with the purchase. Dennis stayed well beyond business hours ( while his family was waiting for him!)- to help us to receive the OnStar and Sirius XM benefits that came with the purchase of the vehicle. As I wanted very specific color combinations, I researched CPO vehicles online which were I had a 2012 Cadillac SRX which got totaled in an accident. As I wanted very specific color combinations, I researched CPO vehicles online which were available somewhat near my home. I found a 2015 SRX in the colors I wanted and visited the Malouf Cadillac showroom. Dennis Sloyan met with me and showed me the car and let me take it out for 2-3 test drives. The vehicle has low mileage, and Dennis worked with me to get a lower interest rate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was all ready for me and Dennis spent a lot of time with me to show me all the features and set up the trial OnStar and Sirius XM radio features. Dennis is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I would definitely work with him again and visit Malouf again when I'm looking for another car. Kevin in Finance was easy to work with too. Kevin and Dennis helped us select the perfect vehicle and work out a fair price. When it came time to pick up the vehicle the next day everything was ready for us including the registration and switching our insurance. After signing the required forms, Dennis took us out to the vehicle to explain all of the controls, set up the Infotainment System, On Star and Sirius. The next day he called us up to see if everything was ok and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or relative to the friendly staff at Malouf Cadillac. More
