Lack of communication from service department. Car was brought in November 27 and work completed 4 weeks later. After 3 weeks and many calls to service I was told the part was on back order (supply chai brought in November 27 and work completed 4 weeks later. After 3 weeks and many calls to service I was told the part was on back order (supply chain issue). Fine, but let us know what is happening. The part was a mass airflow sensor $300 from GM, DePaula charged $600. That's why we use local mechanics!! More
