Terrible customer service. Drove all the way from Westport and no one wanted to help us out. All the sales people had their attitude where they don’t have to sell you a car and they don’t need your b Westport and no one wanted to help us out. All the sales people had their attitude where they don’t have to sell you a car and they don’t need your business. Half of them weren’t wearing face masks and coughing all over the place. Salesperson helping us couldn’t answer any questions about the car we were planning on buying. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going to this dealer to buy a car. You will save time and money. More

Denny Boedhoe Denny was very helpful and accommodating in every step of the process and gave me plenty of time to consider all angles of my purchase. The entire pro Denny was very helpful and accommodating in every step of the process and gave me plenty of time to consider all angles of my purchase. The entire process was completed in a few hours and saved me a lot of trouble in having to register/assemble all the paperwork for the car. So far the car has run great. I would definitely consider buying from Danbury Kia again in the future. More
