I really appreciated how quick and straightforward the process was; both Denton and Kaleb were super helpful. My very first car buying experience was far less than desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong car and never once checked the VIN on the car before selling it to me. When I tried to figure out what happened and where my car was, it turned out that Brent Brown sold my car to auction and I went home with a different car. In the end, Shad made everything right and I was able to keep my car, but it was a horrible process and Todd made me feel like an absolute nuisance the whole time. More
