I have bought 2022 Nissan Sentra 2. 0 S CVT (VIN 3N1AB8BVXNY238671) and I am forced to contact you on the following issues: According to Chapter 28, Sections 1231-1233, Title 15 0 S CVT (VIN 3N1AB8BVXNY238671) and I am forced to contact you on the following issues: According to Chapter 28, Sections 1231-1233, Title 15 of the United States Code the Monroney sticker is required to be affixed to the side window or windshield of every new car sold in the United States and can only be removed by the consumer. But when my wife Nataliia Lavrova, Nissan sales consultant and I made test drive there was no the sticker on the car. Moreover, this sticker was not on the car either at the time of the price negotiation, or at the time of signing the documents for the purchase of the car, or at the time of payment or at the time when I received the car. I discovered the sticker in the glove compartment a few days later after signed purchasing documents. Thus, the information contained in the sticker was hidden from me by the employees of the Scott Clark Nissan. I think that the sticker was deliberately removed by the Scott Clark Nissan dealer's employees to sell me the car for much more than its price and to hidden from me important information about the car. I believe this was done on specially purpose in order to mislead me about the price of the car. So, the transaction was made under the influence of fraud, because the dealer deliberately concealed information about the essential terms of the transaction, the provision of which the buyer was required by Law. I suspect that I was deliberately sold a car at an inflated and unfair price. It is likely that this was not only a deception, but also I think discrimination against me and my wife on the basis of language. According to the law, discrimination on the basis of language is prohibited. manipulation of car prices that mislead the buyer is an unfair business practice. According the sticker the price was $21,015, but they wanted to sell me the car for $30,000 ! I do not speak English well and they took advantage of this, claiming that this is the price for this car. My wife and I were shocked and left the dealership. Then we were stopped by Exchange Auto Manager, which told me that he has final minimal possible price for us - $ 25,000. I believed him and 04/12/2022 I have bought 2022 Nissan Sentra 2.0 S CVT (VIN 3N1AB8BVXNY238671) for $25,000 (with all taxes, fees and any other payments) with down payment $ 4,000. However, later it turned out that I was deceived again: instead of the final price of 25,000, Scott Clark Nissan sold me a car for actually $27,895 (adding a service contract for $ 2,000, which I did not order and fee $895). After my statement about the illegality of unilaterally changing the price, $2,895 was refund to my bank account. According (c) §1233 Chapter 28 Title 15 of the United States Code “any person who willfully removes, alters, or renders illegible any label affixed to a new automobile pursuant to section 1232 of this title, or any endorsement thereon, prior to the time that such automobile is delivered to the actual custody and possession of the ultimate purchaser of such new automobile,.., shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. I traded in my vehicle in in early March and purchased a used car (2019 Subaru) from them. They were SO pushy from the start. After I purchased the car, I found things wrong with it. The lever used to move a seat forward and back didn't work, some interior lights were burnt out, and the brakes felt terrible. They did take the car back in and fix these items at no charge to me but it is worrisome that they sold a car with completely worn down brakes and pads. The first time I used the windshield wipers, I found they were flapping and so old they barely wiped water away, so I had to replace them right away. A motor in one of the front seats is broken so that will have to be replaced as well. The car only came with one key. I asked them for another and they refused. After pressing them more, they offered to pay for half after I bought the key and submitted a receipt to them. The dealer I ordered from could not even believe they made me buy a second key. Keep in mind they resold the car I traded in for $8,000 more than they purchased it for from me, they didn't come down a single penny on my purchase price and yet they couldn't even supply a second key? I've had to go back in a few times since the purchase and it's like they don't even know me. I guess since the sale is complete, they don't need to be so friendly. And communication with them after the sale is pretty tough too. I think they pick and choose what they want to respond to. The finance department was NOT an issue to work with but the sales department and the sale of this car was a mess. I do love my car but I would NEVER buy from here again. I've learned a lot from this purchase, I can say that. But, please, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. More

The worst automotive experience of my life. I have bought a lot of cars and this by far has been the worst experience. First, my red flag should have the price. The price online is not the price when you g a lot of cars and this by far has been the worst experience. First, my red flag should have the price. The price online is not the price when you get there. The price online says 20755. But then they point out the tiny fine print at the bottom of the page that says all these discounts off are included to bring it to 20755. Only qualified for 1 of the discounts bringing the price to $22,000+. That should have been my red flag and left but, no we stayed. Then, the manager said that this car would qualify as certified preowned so that we could get the rest of the certified warranty. Nope. Got to finance and those costs extra. An extra $3600 for an extended warranty. Which I thought was the plus side of the certified used, but we took it, so we had a warranty. Papers were signed, sales girl put the transferred tag from totaled car to new car. Go to get in our new overpriced used car, there are no mats, only key fob, smells like smoke, no tire caps on any of the 4 tires where the air goes, no car books in dash, and the fluids were all low because the car has not even been serviced. We leave the car for them to take care of it, service, smoke bomb it, etc. Go back to pick up car, they are allegedly getting me a key fob, had to pay $107 for books. Get on interstate to come home, car starts violently shaking. Go back to dealership because the rotors and brakes are bad. Wait 2 hours for that to get done, take home. Still just waiting on books I paid for and key fob that will have to programmed to car, another trip back to Charlotte. Final icing on the cake. Transferred the tag from totaled Altima to the newly bought Altima. Get a phone call a week and half after purchase that my new tag has arrived. Finance screwed up and requested new tag. We’ve driving with an illegal tag of car that we no longer own, totaled. Now its going to cost us extra property taxes that we would not have had to pay until next March. Also, may get a fine from DMV because the insurance was cancelled on totaled car and tag not turned. All because Scott Clark Nissan did not do their job properly. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from Scott Clark Nissan. I am shopping for another car for our family, but it will never be from such an incompetent dealership ever again. Lifetime warranty is not worth all the headaches. Save yourself and go somewhere else. More
