Poor after sale service / communication I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler in 02/19. The salesman told me he had the factory floor mats as well as the rear cargo floor in the detailing area. After the paperwork was complete, he said the detailing area was locked up. I called the dealer every day for 2 weeks and never received a call back from the dealer. Needing a new car after my accident. I got into a car accident last Sunday during the snow storm. I needed a new car. My wife and I have had about 6 or 7 car dealership experiences betwee I got into a car accident last Sunday during the snow storm. I needed a new car. My wife and I have had about 6 or 7 car dealership experiences between us. And all have been sub par. We have felt pressured and in one case lies to about the car. Jeremy was 100% honest with everything. We never felt pressured. He allowed us to have time to talk and make a decision without looking over our shoulders. Was our best experience at a dealership ever. Would absolutely come back or recommend this place. Was great. More
