Our new car was given to us with no windshield washer fluid, low coolant level, 50 pounds of air in each tire, and No second key. This game that the new car sales industry has created is a terrible experience. And if that isn't bad enough, then customers are subjected to having to deal with the F and I person. Huge added fees like DEALER CONVENIENCE, PPP, DOCUMENTATION FEE, etc etc, etc many different names, clearly shows what the entire industry thinks of the new car buying public. More
