Not once did I feel pressured or hassled to make a purchase in any way. Derek kept it nice and simple. I was given all of the information that I needed, granted full access to the vehicle of interest, dealer-free test-driving capabilities, no hidden or excessive fees within the paperwork, honored the online discount as stated, and even sent all of the sale documents to my local tax assessor's office within days not weeks! I am loving my vehicle! More
