Completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise was given at tha I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise was given at that time from the dealership to fix it under the warranty that they provide. They sent my vehicle to a different dealership to have the part fixed and replaced. My vehicle was inspected by a Ford inspector. I was advised that an answer would be given in 48 hours after the inspection. I am over a month since Last being contacted by service advisors. They will not answer or return my voicemails to give me a status update nor a timeline of when the vehicle can be repaired. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with purchasing through Ferman. More
