Derek was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and got us what we needed and was straight forward and not pushy and overshadowing the way some salesmen can be with you. He automatically made us feel 100% comfortable and at ease with him in our Tahoe purchasing. Saralinna helped us understand all the electronic features of our new ride and was very informative. Joey Thomas, Derek Creekmore, and Jon Shumacher were a stellar team. Derek and Joey recommended 4 possibilities, and Jon educated us on the pro's and con's of the two trucks we considered regarding the engine, trans, and suspension. Derek made sure we got all of the answers we needed to make a choice. Negotiating a price was actually kind of fun because everyone was reasonable and flexible. We got the feeling that each of them honestly wanted us to be happy with our choice, and the vehicle we purchased is perfect for us, we think. Things flowed smoothly and we didn't have to make multiple visits to work out a deal that was a win-win for us all. Derek met us on his regular day off so we could pick up the vehicle since we didn't want to take it sooner due to bad weather. He offered to do that, and was cheerful about it, and it surely made things better for us. We believe they'll be there if we need anything after the sale, and that's worth a gold mine. We came to Harry Robinson looking for a new used truck...know what I mean? We found it at Harry Robinson Buick GMC, just.like.that. We *love* our 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie! Will definitely keep this dealership in mind for any future vehicle purchase that we need to make. More
