Wonderful staff, great experience I went in, after soooooo many let downs from other car dealerships. He got a great deal on a new Sorrento that was just what I was looking for a price with in my budget. This was on of the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and was my 5th Purchase from the Laimbeer group. Not only did he diligently work with the rest of the team to help me, he understood the circumstances I was facing while purchasing and remained compassionate to that the entire sale. He was extremely personable and friendly, I didn't feel like I was working with a "typical car salesman" - I felt like I was working with someone already knew me. As I was getting in my new car to drive home, Derek's happiness mimicked mine in a way that felt very genuine. More
