Bought a New 2017 Civic 4 doors for my daughter in July with all the options they’ve offered. In exchange I asked for a complementary windshield Visor. David Gonzales promised to order it for me. After 2-3 months, texted Martin my salesman to follow up. He said he’ll let David know. at the same time I called David. I called David several times but nothing has been done. I came to Honda to order it myself and pay for myself during my appointment for the scratch in front of my Honda’s plastic grill. Haven’t received any courtesy call from the Parts if my order came in. Today I have my first lifetime maintenance at the time follow up on my order, only to find out that I don’t have any orders. I’m not surprised. First expression will stained a lifetime.😡😡😡
