Derek knows the product and wants to help. He is honest! It was time to get my wife in a newer vehicle. We didn't want to break the bank and already had a vehicle in mind. He explained the positives and negatives to our potential choices. He didn't steer us to the most expensive one. He helped us find the most practical and highest quality one. Excellent Salesman I only purchase vehicles from an excellent salesperson. Derek was everything I expect of a top-notch salesman. He called me back immediately from the message I had left on the website. Because I select the car last in the negotiations, most salespersons cannot or will not work this way. Unlike other dealerships, Royal employees came to me for each step in the process. My wife hates to go to dealerships. Derek made the experience very enjoyable for her. She drove the car, signed some papers and was on her way. I took care of the remaining details. I plan to check with Derek when my lease is up in 2019. More

Awesome Experience- Thank you Derrek It's been years since I've purchased a car from a dealership due to a horrific experience. I was reluctant to even entertain the thought of going thro It's been years since I've purchased a car from a dealership due to a horrific experience. I was reluctant to even entertain the thought of going through that ordeal again. As my husband I began to search for used vehicles again, one captured our attention. I was hesitant at first but my husband talked me into it. I could not have been more please and put at ease. Our sales rep. Derrek was amazing. No pressure kind of guy. Was not pushy, was calmed and did an amazing job in sharing their philosophy at Royal Buick. He allowed us to test out the vehicle for a day with no strings attached. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and was further pleased as the time he took to go over the features of the vehicle, even helped us with setting up the On-Star system. We felt that we were the only customers in the entire place. As we went through the features we noticed a small rip on one of the seats, I brought it to his attention and mentioned he would look into it for us. At that point he didn't have to say anything, given that we had already purchased the car, but in true customer-satisfaction fashion, he continued to take care of us. Can't fix my new car's center console rattle! Taken my car in for same issue 5 times and they still can't fix it, all they did is create more damage. Great experience I drove 140 miles to drive a unique used Cadillac. I made an appointment and they promised to have the car ready when I arrived. They did! I was immed I drove 140 miles to drive a unique used Cadillac. I made an appointment and they promised to have the car ready when I arrived. They did! I was immediately greeted and put with the right person to assist me. Cort went with me on an extensive road test and was very professional, polite and patient with me and my wife. We discovered at the last minute that the vehicle was a different model than anticipated (4 wd vs. 2wd) and was not exactly what I sought. There was no pressure to buy something else and they were very respectful of my decision to not buy. If it had been 2wd it would be in my garage right now! I look forward to working with Cort and Derek in the future when the right car comes along. More
