We had our 2010 GME Acadia in shop to repair headlight problem on driver side. They fixed the problem but did not put all the parts back on and now they are missing. We are missing Front Panel Molding/Rad problem on driver side. They fixed the problem but did not put all the parts back on and now they are missing. We are missing Front Panel Molding/Radiator Cover. The car is also missing some bolts to hold the grill in place and also all the clips for the cover. My wife ask them on 6/13/2022 where the parts are. They said don't know. They the ask the tech who worked on it he said that the car never had the parts on it. This is a butch of BS!!! The cover was on the car when it went into the shop. They act like they don't want to stand behind there work. I will never go back to their shop for repairs and I will never buy a car from their. More

I was very happy with the service personnel but the price for the parts were outrageous considering what I could buy parts on my own and wait time was not very good because they had to order the part probabl for the parts were outrageous considering what I could buy parts on my own and wait time was not very good because they had to order the part probably same part I could’ve gotten at about a third of the price. Outstanding customer service, kept me updated on the status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I had purchase the extended warranty from Cedric when I bought the vehicle and it only cost m status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I had purchase the extended warranty from Cedric when I bought the vehicle and it only cost me $50 on a $3,000+ repair! I will recommend this sales and service department to anyone trying to find a place that feels comfortable and trustworthy throughout your encounters. Keep it up Holm, you’re the best. More

Although this is a fine dealership they are overcharging for service dept work. Oil changes are now $70 without tire rotation which they will add if you don’t specify. Since this dealership changed name the for service dept work. Oil changes are now $70 without tire rotation which they will add if you don’t specify. Since this dealership changed name the oil changes have gone from $48 to $70. I didn’t want to go elsewhere for service and I’ve been going there for several years. But that’s ridiculous! I’ve called reputable service departments and most are not over $55 More
