Could not ask for a more friendly and accommodating staff. I was from out of state and they went above and beyond to address my repairs. I am disappointed at the service of my mechanic, lack of follow up by supervisors to ensure my vehicle was done in the 3 hour window they assured me it would be, but when it took 9 hours for basic service follow up by supervisors to ensure my vehicle was done in the 3 hour window they assured me it would be, but when it took 9 hours for basic service and breaks, this was unacceptable. Your manager writing tickets was professional and tried to smooth this over but there is no excuse and he eventually agreed. Not only did this cost me a day of my wages as I work out of town, it disappointed me that a business as such is not seeing customers time valuable. I have had issues now as well as my son. More

163 dollars later and did not fix the problem . Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. Screen was not cleaned still had finger prints as they sa Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. Screen was not cleaned still had finger prints as they said it was cleaned. Screen was not calibrated, touch screen still not working correctly. Screen still changes without even touching it. I asked if I went back to get the radio replaced would the 163 dollars go towards it, the answer was no. Never going back for any services. Not the first time having an unsatisfying experience. More
