163 dollars later and did not fix the problem . Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. I asked if I went back to get the radio replaced would the 163 dollars go towards it, the answer was no. Never going back for any services. Not the first time having an unsatisfying experience. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but my check engine light was on. I had them do the scan first. The problem was found and repaired.
