I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but my check engine light was on. I had them do the scan first. The problem was found and repaired. We had our 2010 GME Acadia in shop to repair headlight problem on driver side. They fixed the problem but did not put all the parts back on and now they are missing. We are missing Front Panel Molding/Rad problem on driver side. They fixed the problem but did not put all the parts back on and now they are missing. We are missing Front Panel Molding/Radiator Cover. The car is also missing some bolts to hold the grill in place and also all the clips for the cover. My wife ask them on 6/13/2022 where the parts are. They said don't know. They the ask the tech who worked on it he said that the car never had the parts on it. This is a butch of BS!!! The cover was on the car when it went into the shop. They act like they don't want to stand behind there work. I will never go back to their shop for repairs and I will never buy a car from their. More
