On June 27, 2025, around 2 PM I brought my Maserati Grecale at Land Rover Service Department at 3300 Olympic Blvd. Santa Monica, and was received by Penelope at the Loaner Department as advised by Dere Grecale at Land Rover Service Department at 3300 Olympic Blvd. Santa Monica, and was received by Penelope at the Loaner Department as advised by Derek to repair scratches on the right front bumper and four rims scratches. Upon dropping off the car, I inspected and recorded the odometer reading of my car while at the service department parking lot which has “35,802 mi” on the record. On July 3, 2025, Derek called me an update regarding the status of the car repair where he informed me that it will not be ready until the following week which you gave me an estimated day ready for pick up by July 9/10, 2025. Two weeks passed since I left my car under the Land Rover Service department, I received a message from Derek on July 11, 2025 that my Car is ready and available to be picked up in the service department which I have two concerns that I already brought up to Derek and Rebecca- Service Manager. 1. The car is not being washed and dusty 2. The mileage reading was noticeably increased with additional over 40 miles, from the reading of “35,802 mi” upon dropping off at the service department parking lot that has significantly mileage increased to “35,845 mi” upon picking up at the Land Rover Service Department parking lot with the same drop off/pick up location. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the service and the professionalism of your company. First, I trusted that my car was in good hands and taken care of given that your company has a good reputation and being a luxury brand with excellent service is expected. But I was wrong. I was surprised to find out and wondered where those additionalmiles came from, knowing that my Car is just in the Service Department the whole time and being repaired. The second issue that I encountered was when they released the car. It’s very dusty. However, I understand they were fixing it, and we can’t avoid the dust accumulating. But I will greatly appreciate the service if they release the car in a clean condition, at least a little wash will work just to remove the dust debris from the work they did. Therefore, I insisted on washing the car first, Tho I really appreciate Derek for taking responsibility and taking action to wash it. To resolve this problem, I would like your company to investigate and act on the incident, and I need an answer from the Land Rover Company where this additional 40 miles came from. I want to know If my car was being driven off the road without my authorization, and beyond what's necessary for repair. In addition, I am expecting an answer from Rebecca the Service Manager who also stated that she will review the video clips to find out if the car was driven off. She told me that she will provide an answer on Monday July 14, 2025. But I haven't heard any updates from her and that gives me a doubt that your Company is not being transparent on this matter. I am expecting that the company will take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. I look forward to your response and resolution to this issue. Lastly, i purchased this vehicle on 5/26/25 and it took 1 month Derek from Land Rover to finally have my car fixed. I had to keep following up with him every week. All the conversations were doucumented via Text. I hope that my unfortunate experience with Land Rover Santa Monica Dealer and Service will not happen to anyone else. More

Mesfin was an absolute pleasure to work with, I just picked up a new F-Pace SVR and wouldn't have been able to make it happen without Mesfin.
