It was a very quick turnaround despite a holiday making it a day longer! But they got my Finance application into the bank and prepped the car for a easy and very fast pickup! Obviously the truck is used and I just got it so problems could always occur, but I know Derick and Eric will take care of me!! They were also very helpful with finding a great payment option for me as I am just 20 years old and a college student!! I got a great deal and everyone on staff was super friendly during the experience. I walked away happy, satisfied, and with an awesome Jeep Renegade. Recently, I noticed a clunking noise in the front of the car. After taking it apart with my dad, we found that the driver's side bushing and the passenger side CV boot were both having issues and needed to be replaced. Derek offered to pay the cost of the labor as long as I payed for parts, even after the dealership warranty on my car had worn off. This saved me an enormous amount of money and was truly kind of him. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, not just for the great experience, but for the service and support that you receive afterwards. Thanks Derek! More
