Came back the next week to pick up the car and it was washed and waiting, ready to go. Total time spent there was about an hour and 10 minutes. They go over the car and let you know what they had to fix. They complete all the paperwork very quickly, and the car is ready for pick-up when they say it is. You can tell by the condition of the cars on the lot that they care about having quality used vehicles to sell. from my experience of having purchased two other used cars for my other daughters, this dealership is tops. Thankfully, I don't have any more kids to buy cars for--but if I did, I would return to Eric and Derick without hesitation. More
