Let me tell you he is a true Professional Person. You tell him your needs and he is on it. Everything with him and his partner Derek is totally transparent and above board. The kindness and Honesty makes this the place you want to spend your money at. It was such a great experience you don't see in many places. And I have seen 2 of my friends already buy from them and all got the same excellent experience I received. I would give them 6 Stars if it was allowed because just knowing their there to help and not hurt is just a great feeling not to mention they do have the Nicest vehicles around. If you want to skip the Bait and switch, The salesperson getting up to talk to the boss, The Manager showing up, The hours of being drilled, This is the place to go. Just simply a CLASS act and caring people there. NO BS! More

The car was clean and the sales staff went over the particulars of the car and the recent work that had been performed on it. While I was driving my new to me car off the lot I was thinking, wow, that was really easy and painless - not something I usually think of after buying a car. No pressure buying I came in knowing the vehicle I wanted to test drive and within 10 I was pulling away for a test drive, by myself. Easiest vehicle buying experience ever! Been wanting to trade in my car for a truck for a while but couldn't find the right one until I saw an F150 at South Easton Motor Sales. Turns out the Been wanting to trade in my car for a truck for a while but couldn't find the right one until I saw an F150 at South Easton Motor Sales. Turns out they have a pretty decent selection of F150's but I had my sights set on this one & no one tried to sell me anything other than what I went in there for. Stopped in on a Saturday, met with Derek, asked him to crunch the numbers before I even test drove the truck. Told him I didn't want to waste time if the number wasn't right. He offered no xxxxxxxx & he delivered. Needless to say, I was pleased & the paperwork took no more than 40 minutes. Picked up my truck a few days later & life is good. It's obvious that Derek, Eric & the whole staff care about their customers & want them to leave happy. I recommend anyone looking for a quality used vehicle & a smooth car-buying experience to go to SEMS. More

You always hear about pushy salesmen that try an push another car on you. When I went in to look at the truck Burt was working an came up an introduced him self to me an said if I had any questions he would just be around the corner with the other customers. I was able to look at the truck top to bottom an not feel nervous having a sales man stand over me an explain all the features of the truck. He then let me take it out for test drive an let me go with my dad since he came with me to look at the truck. I then worked with Eric to go an get the financing through the bank an found out from talking to him that he is my next door neighbors nephew so we had a good laugh about how small of a world it is. Derek then came in introduced him self to me an took me to look at the truck again after i finished all the paperwork just to make sure i was happy with everything. When i went in to pick up the truck Derek worked with me on the transferring plates from my old truck to the new truck an had all the paper work done in no time. I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great car and a great experience with no pushy sales men. More

Genuinely Care for the Customer Was in a bad wreck in April of this year. Lost my pride and joy 2010 F150 Lariat. Bought it new in 2011. Worked hard paid it off early only to have so Was in a bad wreck in April of this year. Lost my pride and joy 2010 F150 Lariat. Bought it new in 2011. Worked hard paid it off early only to have someone run a red light, T-bone me into another car. Went to SEMS and met with Eric and told him what I was looking for. Not easy to find. I held on and he found what I wanted 2 months later, called me and I am one happy girl!! He kept my name and number and what I wanted. That is someone who cares for a customer. I have another awesome 2012 F150 Lariat. It was in excellent condition. Taken care of as well as I took care of my 2010. All of the staff at SEMS are great to work with and genuinely care about the customer. They want you happy. I will be looking for a car for my son in the fall and will go right back to SEMS. More
