Mislead customer and team of liars Salesman Mohamed checked my credit and confirmed that i was approved based on monthly payment that we agree upon. He gave me the key & the car (Honda Salesman Mohamed checked my credit and confirmed that i was approved based on monthly payment that we agree upon. He gave me the key & the car (Honda CR-V EX) with temporary plates. The next day, Planet Honda called and asked me to come in because i did not sign the contract. I told the called that i am away and cannot make before the following week. Then I had got more than 5 calls from this dealership harassing to return the car because i did not sign the contract. My husband called the manager to express the lack of professionalism of this dealership. The salesman called back and vaguely apologized and begged that we go back in to sign the contract. We went back with the car and they told us that i was not approved for this deal ($350/mo). and i need to sign a new deal of $469/mo because of my credit. We gave them back the car and the key and walk away. We will never go back to Planet Honda nor will recommend PLANET HONDA (Bunch of liars) to anyone... More
