Hudson Ford has the worst service department in western Wisconsin. We had an appointment to have struts replace per their recommendation. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance. Come time to drop the car off Derek was rude to my wife asking for what specifications needed to be replaced. The have the vehicle records at their fingertips, but instead of doing some simple research he proceeded to be rude. At the time of the phone call to schedule the appointment we specifically requested a loaner comparable to what she drives, 2022 Ford Escape. The offered her a Tahoe or F150. She left the dealer in tears without a loaner or the necessary service that the vehicle needed. Hudson Ford boast that they are the largest Ford dealer in Wisconsin. It’s too bad that their employees and service center cannot handle their claim as being the largest Ford dealership. The should focus on being the best instead. I own three Fords, two were purchased at this dealership. I will never do business agian at Hudson Ford. More
