Love this BMW Dealership! They have improved over last 4 years and become the BMW Dealer I always wanted. They give loaner BMW cars out now which are nice ones too to give a customer a taste of maybe an upg years and become the BMW Dealer I always wanted. They give loaner BMW cars out now which are nice ones too to give a customer a taste of maybe an upgrade after their services vehicle end it’s life and they have your back on the service team side to not overcharge and find you discounts and always wash and clean your car when done, video of what was done and inspection and even proactively do needed maintenance to make sure your car is the best it can be for your best interest in mind. Great job guys! More

Excellent service as usual. My car was in-and-out on a timely basis. I feel they were honest about the valuation of the problem - Faulty battery no charge for replacements. I’ve been a customer of BMW of Sarasota since 2002, and they have been servicing several of our vehicles in that time. For the past five years or more I’ve relied on Derek Thomas to tell me all I need to know about the timetables for caring for my vehicle. He is always thorough and good humored, and assures the work is completed in the the timeframe that works for me.
