Quality Service - Appointment took too long While I was satisified with the quality of service, the appointment took far too long. I scheduled for 7:00 AM since I was waiting for my vehicle and While I was satisified with the quality of service, the appointment took far too long. I scheduled for 7:00 AM since I was waiting for my vehicle and wanted to be first in line . I was there promptly at 7:00 and my vehicle was taken in right away. I was having an oil change and the clogged winshield washer screen cleaned. I was there for 3 hours. No complaints with Derek but I would think the service work could have been completed in half the time. More

Very satisfactory All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealer All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealership. As I was driving away, I noticed some of my instrument panel options i.e. phone, etc. did not work and the triangle w/exclamation mark was lite. I returned to the service center where the Assist. Service manager said they would have to hook up the electronics to their machine to find out what was wrong. After and hour and a half in the service area, they found the problem. The issue was when the new FRM electronic controller was installed earlier that day, some of the connections were not correct. It caused some of my instrument panel not to work. Everything seems to be working fine now. Derek Thomas was extremely helpful and courteous during the process. I really appreciated his sincerity and apology. I still feel this dealership is first class and will recommend them to anyone. More
