recent BMW_X5 fix Service was solid _ Derek was very helpful with everything _ was a little disappointed that I had to come back to the dealership as the casing on the Service was solid _ Derek was very helpful with everything _ was a little disappointed that I had to come back to the dealership as the casing on the steering wheel was not fully connected after the work that was done and I was not going to try and fix the problem given what I paid for the work but when I contacted Derek he was apologetic and helpful More
