A miracle !! I spotted a warning light on the dash board around 1 p.m. on the day before I was to begin a 1500 mile trip with the first night's hotel room already I spotted a warning light on the dash board around 1 p.m. on the day before I was to begin a 1500 mile trip with the first night's hotel room already purchased and non-refundable. OH NO. I called Sarasota BMW and they were able to get me in at 2:30 with my great service advisor, Derek Thomas. I was out by 5 plus all sytems were checked to ensure a safe trip. Thanks for saving me from a delayed start to my return to Michigan. More

Great service Total experience was as easy as possible. I was greeted promptly and was able to get a hot drink right away. The wait was comfortable and pleasant.
