Dysfunctional check in Check in process sucks. Made appointment several days in advance. They lost my appointment even though they had called the day before to confirm it. Check in process sucks. Made appointment several days in advance. They lost my appointment even though they had called the day before to confirm it. After I pulled in they asked me my name and usual details. When they could not find my appointment they had me park and sent me to the waiting room where I sat for a while. No one came for me so I finally had to get up, find someone and insist I be serviced. I eventually was assigned to Derek who did a decent job and promised to find out what happened to my appointment (he never did).. Service performed was okay. More
