We had an outstanding experience with the purchase of our new vehicle from our initial contact with James Wood to driving away. Derek Ward was helpful, answering all questions via text as we live about 60 miles away. At no time, from no one at James Wood did we feel any stereotypical ‘dealership pressure’. Again, kudos to Derek as he catered to our every need and made sure that everything was right on the car before he turned it over to us. He also provided a great tutorial of our new vehicle prior to our departure. We are extremely happy with our new vehicle and extremely satisfied with our experience at James Wood. More

I have bought 2 Equinox from Derek Ward, sales professional. Both times I have called and told him what I would like. He has sent me pictures of vehicles. Derek answered all my questions and he professional. Both times I have called and told him what I would like. He has sent me pictures of vehicles. Derek answered all my questions and he asked questions to make sure that I had the information to make an informed decision. Bryan Stanley, Service Center, has helped me with the radio screen problem. As I waited for the vehicle he kept me informed on what was going on with it. I drive 3.5 hours one way because this is the dealership that I feel I can trust. More
