I'm 5 hours away so when I first called I worked with Dermott. He did an excellent job understanding what I wanted in the deal for our trade in and total out of pocket expense to get my wife and I to com Dermott. He was very good at listening to what I needed for the deal to happen, and he made it happen. When we went down for the trade we worked with Jake and he also did a very good job with making the deal work for the dealership and us, it was fair and a few different times I didn't think it was going to happen but Jake pulled it back together and made it happen.
