Every time I bring the car in there seems to be some excuse on why something cannot be done. I call ahead and scheduled for regular maintenance and also for them to look at an issue my window was having excuse on why something cannot be done. On the phone they said it would take a couple of hours to get my car back. But when I went to the service center, the guy told me it would take all day since there are a lot of cars ahead of me. I guess no point in making an appointment then. I decided not to get the windows looked at since I need the car back sooner. I asked if they would do a courtesy car wash. They said that their car was machine was broken. Funny, that is the same thing they said when I took my car in months back. More
