Quick and easy oil change First time here as I am from out of state. I was greeted right away with friendly conversation. My service was completed quickly and I was kept informed throughout that it would be done in about 5 more minutes. The only thing I was not a fan of was that it cost more then at home and they moved my seat. Otherwise, all was good. More

Wonderful Service I go to this Honda service station regularly. They are always courteous and never pushy when it comes to any sort of “work” that needs to be done. They have helped me out with two of my Hondas for the most ridiculous things. Once my son put golf xxxxx in the tire wells and it made noise. These poor men drove around the Avenues trying to figure out the noise. Another time, I grazed my husband’s car and took off the side view mirror. They took it from and popped it back on. Great group of people. Thanks for all you do! More

Knowledgeable Sales/Techs, Great Atmosphere, Friendly People I always feel at home and welcomed at Honda at the Avenues! I don't have to visit that often, mainly because the cars are trouble free and great...bu I always feel at home and welcomed at Honda at the Avenues! I don't have to visit that often, mainly because the cars are trouble free and great...but when I do come in for routine service, the Techs are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Prior to working on my car, they provide an analysis and recommendation. The service area has free snacks available and a vending and media area. There is still this one instance that still stick-out to me....it was closing time for the dept. and I came in about 10 minutes till close....they provided me a loaner car and took mine.....this helped me a great deal as I did not have to make arrangements to return and wait for service the next day. The new Honda Accord is very nice and tempting and I hope to purchase one later trading in my 2010 Accord. More
